The airflow links provide some good fishing, but are in Central or East Texas and South, far from where you mentioned. The biggest problem for float tube fishing in the enclave TX or southern plains is the Mesquite tree always present (or Bush). They are in a river or near these regions. If you want something of great bass fishing TX, just head over Lake Alan Henry. It has everything you are looking for and is seen as the next Lake Fork (some say better, I'm not so sure). The absence of limits of rivers that flow from his good choice considerably in the areas you mention. Then I suggest you invest in a boat or canoe, Jon?
