I bought a 4 piece fly rod and the tip broke off close to the second eye?
It broke close to the second eye, could i just clip it closer to the eye and file it down and would it work just as good?
If this was only your first few times using it, i would return it to where you bought it from-it sounds like it could have been a fault in the blank which has caused it to snap-which should be replaced by your local fly shop.
